All of our renovation projects are ongoing since we purchased our home in April 2025. We will be doing something to every square inch of our property, so lots of projects will be filling this page.

Living Room
Our goal was to remove the nasty carpeting & replace it with wide plank pine wood flooring, take down the oddly placed coat closet at the entrance, and completely redo our boring fireplace.
Dining Room
Our goal was to open up the wall that made the room feel even smaller, and update those sad existing hardwood floors.
Kitchen
Our goal was to utilize every square inch of space in this kitchen with the custom cabinetry Steve built, and give the kitchen a retro vibe to match the rest of the house.
